Rates
Four-hour initial retainer
The retainer is applied to document review, consultation, recommended revisions and preparation of the Process Authority Letter when warranted.

Small-company commitment
Support for qualifying small Canadian companies
Canadian clients whose business has never had five or more employees working for it in any fiscal year receive a 25% service discount, reducing the initial retainer to CAD $1,200 + GST. If a Process Authority Letter cannot be issued after review, 40% of that retainer is refunded under the engagement policy.
